Watch Warranty Term 

一. Warranty for metal or plastic watches

1. 1 year guaranty for watch function but not including watch appearance. During the first year after receiving the watches, if any function problem,can ship back for repairing and we bear the shipping cost. However, if found appearance defect on lots of new watches within 30 days after receiving them which were caused by bad manufacturing, can ship back for repairing and we bear the shipping cost, too.

2.  If found lots of new watches are stopping due to assembling problem or watch construction problem, shipping back within 30days for repairing and we bear the shipping cost.

二. Warranty for wooden/bamboo watches

1. New watches before using: 1 year guaranty for all defect like wood parts crack or time not working etc.. Pls send back for repairing and we bear the shipping cost. But before sending back, pls send us a report on the total defect qty with detailed photos , we will discuss to decide if need to ship back for repairing or just make new watches as replacement in next order.

2. Watches have been used:  1 year guaranty for function problem like stopping. But if any appearance defect after using, we can do repairing service but the certain cost should be charged . Also the shipping cost should be paid by the buyers for any after-service on the watches have been used.

Remark:  

Ø Guaranty time:  counting from the date the buyers receiving the watches.

Ø For domestic orders, we only take the responsibility of the shipping cost to the domestic place.
